Monday

  • Morning MixHave you just dropped off the kids to school and find yourself with an hour to spare? This is the ideal class for you. The focus of this class is to give you a full body workout whilst having fun doing it. Anything goes here, from boxercise to spin, Trx to circuits and anything else our coaches decide to throw at you:-) You'll enjoy this one:-) with Coach on duty 10:00 am to 10:45 am
  • BOXFITThe emphasis on this class is fun and fitness. It is a high paced, high energy, high spirited form of fitness training, which involves boxing concepts all in a safe environment. The downside – it’s addictive with Coach on duty 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm
  • SpinA fast paced cycling class that take will take you on the journey of a lifetime. Targeting your cardiovascular system, this class will increase fitness and help you shed those pounds and get into awesome shape. with Coach on duty 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm
  • Fundamentals Jiu Jitsu with Coach on duty 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm

Tuesday

  • SpinA fast paced cycling class that take will take you on the journey of a lifetime. Targeting your cardiovascular system, this class will increase fitness and help you shed those pounds and get into awesome shape. with Coach 7:00 am to 7:45 am
  • Over 50's / Vulnerable Open Gym with Coach on duty 10:00 am to 11:00 am
  • Semi-Private PT (4 persons only) with Coach on duty 2:00 pm to 2:45 pm
  • Fundamentals MMA (COMING SOON)A self-defense system that focuses on grappling. Jiu Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique and leverage. with Coach on duty 6:15 pm to 7:15 pm
  • Strength and ConditioningStrength & Conditioning sessions are a supervised exercise program designed to improve strength, power, build muscle and change body composition. This is a very unique training system that has been developed by our coaching staff. The sessions cater for people of all levels. ONLY attend if you are prepared to work! with Coach on duty 6:15 pm to 7:00 pm
  • C.A.P. Jiu JitsuA self-defense system that focuses on grappling. Jiu Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique and leverage. with Coach on duty 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm

Having worked in the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 8 years, and been active throughout his youth it was a natural progression into his current position. Stephen’s principle focus is on transforming people’s lives for the better through the medium of fitness. With a background in Martial Arts, Stephen balances his own training with Strength training, Cardio based exercises and Flexibility Training. Stephen uses his knowledge gained from past experiences to ensure he gets the best possible results from his clientele. Certifications: Certificate in Exercise and Health Fitness KBT Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach KBT Kettlebell Instructor ITEC Personal Trainer Kickboxing Black Belt Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt 7:00 am to 7:45 am
